What the work is like.

- You will own whole problems, not tickets. The person who designs a system is the person who ships and runs it.

- Everyone works on both sides of the lab over time. Product work teaches patience; client work teaches range.

- We hire slowly and only when the work demands it. We would rather say no to a project than staff it thin.

- We work remotely across Indian time zones and overlap generously with clients elsewhere.
